DT Taj Alexander Commits to Rutgers

Rutgers_medium

Taj Alexander will walk through the Old Queens Gate next year....

Rutgers received it's 12th commitment next year's recruiting class, when 6-5 280 pound Taj Alexander verballed to the Scarlet Knights.

Alexander is from Downington East High School in Pennslyvania, and has played primarily defense this season.  Alexander does have experience on the offensive side of the ball as a tackle, and it has not yet been determined where Coach Schiano and the Rutgers Staff would like to see Taj line-up.

Alexander had also garnered attention from Big East rivals WVU, UConn, and Pitt.

Welcome aboard Taj!
