The Rutgers Stadium Expansion cost $102 Million....Was it worth it?

ESPN's Outside the Lines lead story on Sunday featured the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, and the on-going battle between a public university and it's quest to be a big-time football power.  It's an interesting piece, and paints Rutgers in an interesting light to say the least.
