Will Kenny Britt stay local...?

Rutgers wide receiver Kenny Britt is scheduled to meet with both the New York Jets and the New York Giants according to ESPN Radio 1050 in New York.  Britt will meet with the Jets tomorrow, and reportedly will meet with the Giants sometime next week.

Both teams are in the market for a wide receiver as they both lost their top recievers from 2008.  The Jets released WR Laveranues Coles, while the Giants released WR Plaxico Burress last week amid his legal troubles.  Between the two teams, they have 5 picks in the first 60 picks of the draft.

I think that #88 is going to be an absolute stud in the NFL.  He has the size and the athleticism, and seems to have a chip on his shoulder with everyone questioning his maturity.  As a Bills fan I'd love for Buffalo to grab Britt, but with the addition of T.O. (gross), it seems unlikely.  Britt staying close to home would be nice, and would allow him the chance to come back to RU and provide some insight to his former program.  Hopefully if he does go to the Jets he doesn't torch the Bills too badly.
